These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phskay ("phskay," "Company," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://phskay.vip and its associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered through phskay, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

phskay reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. To be eligible to register and maintain an account with phskay, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming services is lawful at the time of each use.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, exclusion directive, or cooling-off period imposed by phskay or any relevant regulatory authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or using the Platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of phskay, or an immediate family member of such individuals, unless phskay has provided written authorization.
• You must not have had a previous phskay account that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

phskay reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time through identity verification procedures, including but not limited to the submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (PhilSys national ID, passport, or driver's license) and a selfie taken alongside such document. Failure to complete verification within the required period may result in suspension of account access and withdrawal functionality.

Each individual may register only one (1) account with phskay. The creation of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") by the same individual — whether using the same or different contact details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phskay uses technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts and will suspend or permanently close any duplicate account discovered, forfeiting any balance held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change. phskay is not responsible for any issues arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. phskay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

• Notify phskay immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of account security.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available as an additional security measure.
• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform or service.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Never allow any other person, regardless of their relationship to you, to use your phskay account.

phskay reserves the right to suspend any account pending identity verification where unusual or suspicious activity has been detected, at the sole discretion of phskay's security and compliance team. Such suspension does not constitute an accusation of wrongdoing but is a standard protective procedure applied to safeguard player funds and platform integrity.

phskay accepts deposits through the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven (via CLiQQ), USDT (cryptocurrency), and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is Philippine Peso (PHP) 100.00. phskay does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges for which phskay accepts no responsibility.

All player funds are held in segregated accounts entirely separate from phskay's operating capital. Player balances are not used for any business purpose of phskay and are available for withdrawal in accordance with these Terms at all times.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following conditions:

• All withdrawal requests require completed KYC identity verification prior to processing. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but may not withdraw funds.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and are not directly withdrawable until those requirements are met in full.

phskay may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

By accepting any bonus or promotional offer, you agree to comply with the wagering requirements applicable to that offer. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be bet using bonus funds before those funds — and any winnings derived from them — become available for withdrawal. Wagering requirements for each offer are clearly stated on the promotion page.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are distinct from your real-money balance. Bonus wallets are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Different game categories may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are personal and may not be transferred, assigned, or shared with any other player or account.
• phskay reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, in breach of these Terms, or through manipulation of the Platform's systems.
• Unclaimed bonuses expire in accordance with the expiry period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• phskay reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to respecting the terms of bonuses already accepted by players.

Players who attempt to exploit bonus offers through systematic low-risk wagering patterns, arbitrage strategies, or any other method designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion may have their bonus cancelled and their account reviewed for compliance with these Terms.

All Random Number Generator (RNG) games available on the phskay Platform — including slot games, RNG table games, video poker, and bingo — utilize certified RNG technology audited and certified by independent international testing laboratories. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phskay Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain any advantage not available to human players acting manually.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinated wagering to exploit bonus structures, or any form of signaling during live games.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purposes, or depositing funds derived from criminal activity.

• Creating more than one account, whether under your own identity or using false or borrowed identity information.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward phskay staff, support agents, or other players through any Platform communication channel.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability discovered on the Platform. Players who discover a genuine vulnerability are requested to report it to phskay support immediately rather than attempting to exploit it.
• Using VPN, proxy services, or other tools to misrepresent your geographic location or circumvent geographic access restrictions applied by phskay.

phskay is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all eligible players. Gaming is intended to be an entertainment activity, and phskay takes seriously its obligation to support players who may be at risk of or experiencing gambling-related harm.

phskay makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered players, accessible directly from the account dashboard without requiring contact with support:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to:

• Use phskay's brand name, trademarks, or logos in any manner without prior written authorization.

The phskay Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phskay makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond those expressly stated in these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phskay shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill not directly caused by phskay's verified negligence.
• Any losses resulting from network interruptions, connectivity issues, or device failures on the player's side.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that has not been expressly warranted as accurate.
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors, including delays, errors, or fees imposed by GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or any other payment service provider.

phskay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your phskay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit phskay's liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

phskay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where phskay reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account has been used in connection with fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• A self-exclusion request has been received and verified.
• Continuation of the account would expose phskay or other players to legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk.
• The player is subject to a legal order or regulatory directive requiring account suspension.

You may close your phskay account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any verified remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus amounts subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures and KYC requirements.

Where an account is closed by phskay due to a breach of these Terms, phskay reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and may, where the breach is substantiated, forfeit such balance in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or grievance arising from your use of the phskay Platform, you should in the first instance contact phskay's customer support team through the live chat feature available on the Platform. phskay's support team is available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week and will endeavor to resolve your concern promptly and fairly.

If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction through live chat, you may submit a formal written complaint to phskay by email at the address provided in Section 15 of these Terms. Formal complaints will be acknowledged within two (2) business days and resolved within fourteen (14) business days where the matter is not complex. More complex matters may require additional time, of which phskay will keep you informed.

phskay's records — including transaction logs, game outcome records, and communication logs — shall be considered the authoritative record of events for dispute resolution purposes, unless you are able to provide compelling evidence to the contrary. You agree not to initiate any legal proceedings against phskay in relation to any dispute until the internal complaints procedure described in this section has been exhausted.

phskay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on the Platform at https://phskay.vip/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects the rights or obligations of registered players — phskay will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice of the change via the email address registered to your account and/or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 12, the parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter.

phskay's gaming operations are conducted in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the phskay Platform is lawful in their respective jurisdiction. phskay makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
